Telecom Company Airtel - Internet Suspended

Respected Sir,
Govt has suspended the internet facility in Rohtak and in other districts for about *-* days. As a consumer of airtel I subscribe for a pack of ** days in which I got *.* GB of *G speed per day along with I also subscribe for ** GB extra *G Net . But as the gov suspended the facility I am not able to use the same ... which means I pay for something which I did not get for use..Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and protect the interest of the several consumer like me living in Rohtak District.
