My Wi-Fi has been down on * may. Despite raising multiple complaints, I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved by this evening. Unfortunately, the service has still not been restored. To make matters worse, I was coordinating with (Rekha)has now switched off their phone, leaving me with no updates or support.
Because of this constant downtime, my important meetings and online classes have been completely disrupted. As a student and professional, I cannot afford such delays.
I request you to:
Restore my connection immediately.
Improve your customer service standards. I value honesty over false promises; please ensure that your team provides accurate timelines and remains reachable.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
