The issue that I have experienced was: I am getting a very slow speed through my tikona internet,When ever i raise a complaint through tikona app after couples of hours i am getting a message saying you problem is fixed,But actually it is not fixed,I am in plan of ** Mbps speed where i am getting between *.* to *.* which is very low and it is like cheating me i am paying for ** bps plan but i am not getting *% speed also among **mbps.
It occurred on: */**/****
They have to come to place and check the issue and fix it immediately
