I have an internet connection from Airtel for last * years. In Jan ****, i noticed that there is frequent disconnection and slow speed. On other hand i also noticed that my bill plan was changed without my notice or authorisation and bill dropped from **** rs per month to *** rs per month. Of course with significant drop of speed from ** mbps to less than **. After speaking to Airtel at least ** times and sending more than ** emails, there is no resolution provided.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
