Pintwire Information Pvt .ltd. - Internet shutdown from many days

Internet is shut down since *-** days. We tried to contact them in initial days they didn't pick calls so we were unable to understand why this problem is happening. We made contact with their employe personally and we came to know that there is some dispute between owners and they don't know how much time it will more take to resolve it. I agree that it is a private company but that doesn't provide the right of self-rule. Since past *-* days, I am contacting them on a daily basis their customer service picks the call ask for detail and says the problem will be resolved by today but no positive result has happened. Now I am tired of their false hope and all my work has shut down because of not proper net connection. I have already paid for * months till Sept. That's why I am stuck with this company otherwise I would have changed service provider. I am tired of their behaviour and improper service. Please take strict actions so that other customers don't have to face this in future.
