Singuru Pandu filed complaint against Hathway broadband service on Oct 14, 2021
My family haven't had access to the wifi service (internet connectivity) since last saturday i.e., **/**/**** due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. After trying numerous customer service calls with my internet service provider HATHWAY BROADBAND SERVICES, there isn't any solution from the other side. We have been told the same thing everyday we call their customer service - "our technician will visit in ** hrs".
It's been more than *** working hours, there isn't any technician from their side. We have paid more than Rs.**** for the internet service through WiFi. And moreover we receive dishonest and brutal promises about internet connectivity being resolved. And the saddest part of this everyday drama is to mention the problem everyday to that person who gets connected through the customer call. They ask us to restart the modem, connect a device and do all those things but end up with a **hrs time gap. The other day morning we got a call from a person saying he's the technician and he'll visit us by afternoon. As the day passes there isn't anyone, and when I call that person he acts like he never called us and whats us to call customer care. Is this really any dreamland? Or don't they have this responsibility to withstand on their words? With a great dismay I feel there isn't any value for money and customer satisfaction in this matter.
