excell media pvt ltd - Internet service not repaired

We are using internet service from excell media for more than * years, since the last * months, there was a lot of interruption form days. their customer support is not responding nor any reply to mail.this time there is no connection for more than ** days. no one is responding the call nor reply to mail. we are SME industry all system are connected to LAN. due to no internet, we are not able to reply to any government notice GST returns, Anual returns, Incometax Returns & suffering heavy loss as customers are unhappy with our services due to delay in response time.
