You broad band - Internet Service Interrupted from Sept 20

Since last * days, my internet connectivity is not working. I have been continuously following up with the service center team who as usual are assuring of the best service possible and asking me not to be worried. The local site engineer, who is roaming around my locality as per the GPS available in your app, is not responding to my call.
In this time of pandemic, * people from my house are working from home and my child has online classes.
I too am working in a service industry. We need to handle tickets, calls and provide resolution.All our work is hampered.
I would only request YOU Broadband to please step into the customer's shoes and understand our plight.
I have made numerous mails and cals to them not a single response received.
