Skylink Broadband - Internet scam

They are not providing constant and stable internet as promised also the speed I am getting is *.* Mbps and I pay them for a * Mbps plan and when I call them to fix this they are telling me to spend **** RS more on a wireless device instead of the fiber cable from which I am provided the internet with which is way more faster than a wireless device. It's more more than a month they haven't fixed that yet and now whenever I complain them about it they say they're net is working fine I am the only one who is complaining them they start throwing crap that I should buy that device and stuff and that my fiber cable is bend or something which is their problem they have to fix it it's not my problem why do i have to pay **** for it. And recently they have not been talking with respect. Now they have went personal that i don't have respect for elder people for screaming at them at the bullshit that they are telling me and not fixing the net
