Unify user portal - Internet provider rude behaviour

Hi sir we are from miryalaguda , nalgonda dist-******. We took internet service from last * years by the unify user portal located at miryalguda....every time he took advance from me intially and he didn't provide proper service and proper connection...every time he didnt give proper response and when we ask them he gave reply rudely and scolding us...and he told it is your need you will wait until we come to you it may be ** days or one month he told like that....his behavior very rude and his team too....some times he given my id to another one every time we faced this type of problems..... For one month ** days he provide net only upto ** days .....please help me out sir....
