Nextra Broadband - Internet not working

I am very much dissatisfied with the services provided by Nextra at my resident in Gurgaon. I bought the connection on **th of Feb ****, and due to slow speed, I have registered a complaint on *th March, **** having complaint number ***********, they have tried to resolve it but couldn't solve it. But after few days I got a message that the complaint is resolved and still the problem was not resolved so, I have registered complaints again and again, and after the *th complaint, they disconnected my connection and now not responding to the calls and e-mails only replying with templatized mails. Can you please help me with getting the refund against the services and mental agony, below are the complaint numbers registered:
