I got Netplus connection installed on [**-**-****] in Sector **, Chandigarh.
Firstly the Installation Was Delayed I Waited *-* Days
Within * day the internet has stopped working completely. This clearly shows poor service quality and Poor Customer Support.
After Countless Calls to the Netplus Team
Company Didn’t Take Any Action.
I request immediate disconnection and refund of my amount, as the service is not usable from the beginning.
If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate this to consumer forum for deficiency of service.
Expecting urgent action.
