ACT Fiber - Internet not working more than week

Hi, i have recharged Act internet and more than a week the internet is not working . I have called more than ** times , the support team is not responding and local technician is not responding the call . For every time they are taking my details and just doing timepass , when I'm trying to call arrange to escalate team they are canceling my call . Pls do need ful
