Gtpl Hathway Ltd - Internet not connect

Since **th May I don't have internet access. I have a complaint ** times to customer care but still not getting a resolution.
Every time I have received msg that
" Dear GTPL Customer, our Engineer SHARMA SUDHANSHU is on his way to reach your installation address for resolution of your Ticket No *******."
and after few seconds received the second msg that
"Dear Customer, The Ticket No: ******* has now been resolved. "
Without problems resolved and Without contacting me. How is it possible? , how can they automatically close tickets?
** days is a very long time to resolve any big problem but still not get any proper revert from the customer support team.

Sir This is a routine problem with GTPL broadband of connectivity. Even after many many reminders they reply and that to also without apology They just routinely keep on writing without any meaning!!!
