Ap Fibre Net Work - internet not coming properly from past 1 week

I choose for *** rupees premium plan for may month. form the start of this month i didn't get the proper speed and the constant network. my speed limit was ** Mbps but i am not even getting the constant speed of ** Mbps also.

మకు టివి చానల్స్ రావడం లేదు ఎన్నిసార్లు కంప్లైంట్ చేసిన పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు ఓన్లీ ఇంటర్నెట్ మాత్రమే వస్తుంది కంప్లైంట్ ఇచ్చి మూడు నెలల పైనే అవుతుంది

Fibernet not working from last * days in Kommi village, Kondapuram mandal, Nellore district, ******, Several complaints have been registered and still no action taken. Please work on this.
