Reach Broadband - Internet Issue

Hi Team,
Currently, I am using reach broadband and its head office is in Narsingh, Hyderabad.
I am facing connecting and disconnecting issues from the last * months and as per the local manager discussion I had taken fiber link as well as invertor to mitigate the issue. But even after all these things, I am facing the same issue, and these people whenever I call they are not providing resolution to me. I even asked them to speak with there manager but from the last *-* months, they are saying that manager is in lunch or out of office or in a meeting.

Nor corporate office people or local office people are not fixing the issue.
They even not allowing me to raise the complaint and the app says that the complaint already exists and on phone, for ages, they will lift for once then also they speak nonsense.
Kindly do the needful.
