Airtel services - Internet is not working

From the last * years, I was using Vodafone. * months back I shifted to Bangalore. After seeing the worst network, airtel service providers suggested to switch in airtel from Vodafone. I ported my number into airtel. Now the service is too worst. I called them mailed them for multiple time. Now I am enough tortured. Please help. They are not taking any effective step regarding this. If any service provider could not be able to give at least half of the promised services so that should not make fool to their trusted customers. "Airtel stop showing fake adds"
