IDEA - Internet connectivity issue

i am using idea mobile number from * years+, i am facing internet connectivity issues since *-* years i have raised many complains but not be able to resolve it by IDEA company.
while communicating with client calls (specially at afternoon ** AM - * PM) it show very slow internet connection
please fix this As soon as possible.
