World Travel Studio - International Travel Package

One of my worst trip ever with any travel company, simply pathetic Curse the day wherein I got in touch with WTS and plan to proceed with you all for my trip and made mess of my all money

Starting with

*. Stay in Ubud: My stay was with Ashoka Tree Resort private *bedroom villa with breakfast. To my knowledge and as far as I have travel experience, when a room comes with breakfast, it is usually unlimited breakfast, but this was not the case. We were provided with limited quantity breakfast (all item was served only once) and breakfast consisted of cereals, fruits (only * slices of watermelon and * slices of papaya) and juice + coffee.
Second, the entire villa of resorts was under construction, so every morning we faced water issues (issues so severe that we always ended up waiting * hours for our normal washroom work as well), which eventually didn't help us and every morning we were shifted to another room for bathing purpose.

Reader advice: Never choose Ashoka Tree Resort.

*. Stay in Seminyak: My stay in Seminyak was at Bali Rich Villa Luxury Resort and Spa, wow such a fancy name but as mentioned Naam bade darshan chote when it comes to breakfast again same problem it was just like adding salt to our previous bruises
We had some breakfast in Ubud, but here it was even worse; they only serve cereal when asked, and with pack milk I was like, who the hell is going to boil that milk and how can I have raw milk with cereal?
Second, the condition of the private swimming pool, private kitchen, and villa was pathetic @seminyak During our stay I just checked the review of my hotel, Bali Rich Villa, and to my surprise, the same problem was experienced by everyone, and I cursed myself for not checking reviews before choosing this hotel. But wait, was it my mistake? Certainly not, what the hell WTS was doing and how they ranked the property and which WTS customers said it was worth staying in?
I will make sure that I receive a full refund for the stay booked at Bali Rich Villa (if not, I take the legal route) and file a lawsuit/case against WTS for misguiding the client and that too on a international trip.

*. It was promised to us that we would have a car for the duration of our stay, which made me happy because I had chosen a leisure day in my trip so that I could make good use of a private car for roaming and exploring nearby, but how could I forget that this trip is full of blunders, because the day I had leisure I had no car for my service, in fact car was only provided to me for pick up from hotel, take me to sight seeing, and back to hotel.
So when you get back to the hotel, you'll notice that your car has vanished, and if you need to do anything after that, you'll have to manage yourself and empty your pockets to rent a bike.

*. What happened to my stay in Seminyak? Did I stay all four days?

The answer is simply no.

For *ce a guy can still adjust in such pathetic condition, but when it comes to safety of his wife there's no second thoughts

And what we did was this

We gave up our one-day beach tour, rented a bike (because a car wasn't available), and began hopping hotel for stay. After roaming for * hours and physically touring nearly */* hotels, we booked our last two nights with Ramada Encore, and to my surprise, it was our best decision. We felt at peace staying there, and everything on the property was in order.
I fought hard with WTS to solve my problem at Bali Rich Villa, but they forced me to pay for my breakfast, which surprised me because my package included breakfast.
By the way, Bali Rich Villa is not only pathetic; it is merely a property, and even if it were the last on Earth, I would not stay there.
