Yatra com Oman Air - International Ticket REFUND

Dear Sir,
Greetings!
I have been suffering for about two(*) years now. I Booked an Air ticket (From AMSTERDAM to LUCKNOW, INDIA via MUSCAT: Ticket Attached) for me and my Family for traveling on **th March, **** but due to COVID-** pandemic situation Oman Govt. has imposed a travel ban on MUSCAT airport. Me and my family traveled via DUBAI (refer Attached Ticket EMIRATE ticket).
Since then I have been trying to get back my REFUND of the ticket.
Please help me in getting back.
