Cleartrip com - International flight ticket status not being updated wrong information being provided that ticket ha

I booked a return flight indigo for almati by cleartrip on ** jily *:** pm.
Details - ** july new delhi to almati & * aug almati to new delhi .
I got deducted ***** rs instantly and even got sms on mobile no as well as e mail from indigo that confirms flight status , pnr no (G*JFRA) and succesful payment status also but cleartrip app was showing it pending at booking time .
I called cleartrip customer care so i was told that it’s not confirmed & final status will be updated in *-* hrs till then u can’t even cancel the ticket. So i keep waited but cleartrip even not sent mail regarding status not called . Cleartrip made a trip id for this that was - ************ . For next ** hrs i kept doing call regularly but cleartrip person said that it has been sent to back end team & wl b sorted soon meanwhile fliight ticket price increased a lot so i got commitment from them that cleartrip has to bear difference amount of new ticket and ***** rs as i am in problem beacause of cleartrip . Neither i can cancel this cleartrip nor can book a fresh ticket as this ticket’s status not cleared .
Meanwhile i contacted airline (indigo) , indigo executive told me that sir ur ticket is ***% confirmed & i am resending u iteniary then i asked him whether it can b cancelled by cleartrip , he told me except u noone cann cancel this ticket.
After approx ** hrs cleartrip said that refund has been generated for ur ticket as it got cancelled, i told him that airline confirmed this ticket & pnr also but he didn’t convinced . So i am in huge trouble whether to b fresh ticket to b booked again & not.
My whole trip plan is disturbed and i got huge mental torture in last * days.
Clertrip says ticket is cancelled & refund initiated while indigo says ticket is confirmed . Journey is on ** july I can’t make hotels & other arrangements too due to this reason.

Cleartrip should be fined for this type of unprofessional activities.
