Homeliq - Interior Designer cheated on my Money

I hired Homeliq for my Interior work he made my full modular kitchen when I asked him that will you also include thali racks in tandem drawers he told me that “no ma’am that you have to buy but we make it as a standard sizes where you can place all your thalis” then i asked him “meri saari thalis aa jaayengi” he said “yes aa jaayengi”….fastforward to today: now when we buy the racks of **cm and getting it to place my thalis drawers are not closing…thali is getting stucked into it…. It has no depth at all…he just assumed that all thalis will be fitted into it without even care to take sizes…
