I have been taken loan from HDFC Bank ltd in September **** at interest rate *.** per annum which is increased periodically to *.** on the basis of RPLR by rbi. Now RPLR is decreased but bank not decrease thank interest rate.they are provided interest rate *.** to new customer but for old customer it was high
