I enrolled in an executive program with the expectation of receiving structured and advanced-level content. However, the course turned out to be too basic and not aligned with the level promised. Due to this mismatch, I requested to unenroll and asked for a refund more than a month ago.
Since then, the institute has repeatedly delayed the process. They contact me only on Sundays or Mondays and claim that the finance department is unavailable, but no progress is made on any other day of the week. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, there has been no consistent communication, no calls, and no concrete steps taken to resolve the issue.
Additionally, the institute keeps offering alternative courses, stating that the enrolment will not go to waste if I switch. However, when I request a refund, they claim that the enrolment would be wasted. This contradictory reasoning appears to be an attempt to avoid processing the refund rather than addressing the issue fairly.
I have clearly informed them that I do not have anyone who can take up the course on my behalf, and I am not interested in switching to another program. The delay has now stretched beyond a month, causing unnecessary stress and wasting my time.
I am requesting Voxya’s support to help resolve this matter and ensure that the institute processes my refund at the earliest without further delays.
