dtdc courier delhi - Insured Laptop delivered physically damaged

Hi,

I did booked an insured courier(Laptop) through DTDC Mahaveer enclave, Delhi outlet on **nd July **** from Delhi to Mumbai, on the DTDC outlet laptop was inspected thoroughly before packing it and no issues were identified.

On **th July it was delivered in Mumbai and opening the shipment laptop was found in physical damaged condition.

As I did paid more than the shipment cost for the insurance they don't want to entertain the request.

Updated DTDC Mahaveer enclave outlet on the delivery day that physical damaged has been identified but they didn't take any actions.

After waiting for a day dropped an email to DTDC customer support(customersupport@dtdc.com) with no response, next day raised a ticket with DTDC(Ticket number - ******) where support person said complaint has to be raised in ** hours but as per DTDC website a written complaint can be lodged within * days for delivery.

After long email thread with DTDC customer support said claim should be asked from DTDC Outlet from where the packaged has booked and DTDC outlet says it should be done from DTDC only.

No one wants to look into the issue for an insured courier what if the courier was not insured!
