Impact guru - Insurance policy not given as promised

I am running an Appeal with impact guru for fund raising but when I did partial settlement they deducted money towards health benefit and subsequently withdrew money for pro care plan for insurance to family members of the patient. But it has been ** days and I still have not heard from impact guru. Am really tired following them up on phone calls
