I filed for a extended warranty claim to one assist on **th of September. My claim was approved on **th September. My device was supposed to be picked up in * days. After several back and fourth conversations my device was picked up on **th. It reached the destination on *rd oct and the time frame given for estimation of the damages was * day. Its **th of oct today and i haven't received any estimate. This laptop is my only system and my passive source of income. The Original time frame for the overall repairing process was **-** days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
