Health India Tpa Services Ltd - Insurance company not paying the sum

Hello I was recommended the nasal septoplasty plus adenoidectomy and polyps removal surgery.
I inquired whether this was covered under the corporate insurance scheme or not. their answer wasn't very straight. but they said bring the documents after the said surgery and they will then decide.

Post surgery I went to the insurance company to submit the files. a representative check and said the file looks perfect and the claim will be settled in a week's time.

I did not receive any updates even after a week.
So I contacted them and they mentioned I need * things to finalize the claim. I provided both to them in timely manner.
Remember this is during my recovery phase. I have not even recovered properly and they are demanding same letter from the hospital again and again. refusing to provide the specific clarification they want in the letter. hence, creating confusion everytime.

It is ridiculous that I had to go their office travelling from far again and again.

and after *-* weeks of time they said they can not process this claim further.

I need support to get my approved sum of money reimbursed as well as be compensated for stress and disrupting the healing process
