Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance - Insurance company denying to help with the solution for financial crisis

I have salary account with HDFC bank & a executive by name Vinod is friendly with me, insisted me to purchase a insurance policy & introduced me to ABSLI representative Narendra Reddy. Both convinced me to purchase Assured income plus plan with annual premium of *L giving all false commitment & promises, later I realised their intention to trap me without giving anytime to read & understand the policy terms they processed my application. Its too late now.
Unfortunately, I lost my corporate job due to Covid situation in sep'** & there is no other source of income, family is my responsibility now & need to take care of them.
I requested Vinod & Narendra Reddy to help because am going through very difficult time & get my premium refund. But they are avoiding my calls.
I called & written to ABSLI customer care many times, also to grievance cell, IRDA & ombudsman. Nobody willing to help me & they turned out to be hopeless.
I cannot afford to lose my hard earned money invested for future, refund will help me to survive with family till I find some new job.
Am completely devastated.
