Gopal motors gopalganj - Insurance claimed was not approved

Dear sir/mam,
I would like to inform you that i bought a motorcycle glamour blue colour on **/**/**** from gopal motors gopalganj. But unfortunately my motorcycle is snatched by unknown person by showing gun on **/**/****. I have claimed in icici lombard insurance and i have done FIR in manjhagardh police station. But ICICI insurance claim officer mr. Deepak kumar sinha (+************) is saying that Without Registration Certificate he will not approve this claim. Because Registration was not done by gopal motors in DTO. And as discussed with manager of gopal motors mr. Ratnesh upadhyay (**********). He is saying that he will provide claim amount. But still not found any solution. Regularly i m taking follow ups with mr. Ratnesh upadhyay but still not get any result. Please do some needful for me.
