All India International Packers And Movers - insurance claim

My bike is damage by movers and packers. and since two month i am calling them but no response from them, Every time they will tell this week happen or next week they will do.they charged me ****.** for insurance and ****.** for service charge.I asked so many for insurance hard copy and insurance number but they not giving me. so many mail send to them but they not reverted back to me.

so many times i called to you and your company number you are stop answering my call now. and you staff is saying do what you want till now there is no response from your side. this is my last mail after i will go to consumer court , because i paid for insurance and service charge for better service but i am suffering for my insurance claim.so many mails i written to you but no reapply. kinldy find the attachment
As per discuss i inform you till my further information did not send my consignment. after all you send my consignment without prior information given to me at *:** am morning. you team member keep calling me since *:** after i called you and same inform then you told me don't received the call. and you act like you don't know any thing about this. as per your mail some of my consignment was arrived Visakhapatnam on **/**/** but your delivery people told today only its came from Bangalore.
Also i discuss with you that my bike is damage (Dent On Petrol )petrol Tank, scratches mark on right hand side petrol tank and leg side there for same picture share with you by whats up. and rest of things not checked due to i have to go office. Today evening i checked and update you.
for reference please find the bike picture and consignment insurance Xerox copy. So kindly claim the insurance and repair my bike as soon as possible.
