starhealth and allieds insurance company - Insurance Claim

Starhealth Team,
I was hospitalized from ** Apr to ** Apr **** and spent Rs.*,**,***/- on hospital and pharmacy bills. During this period I lost few closed ones and was under tremendous mental and financial burden as I had to take money from my company and relatives to take care of my medical bills. I shared all documents for the Insurance claim with Starhealth Insurance (Claim # CIG/****/******/*******) but after waiting for so many months I am now told that my claim has been rejected with a reason I am not able to comprehend. What kind of business is Starhealth Insurance doing by harassing a customer financially and mentally and I am really lost over here now with tremendous financial burden and  no way out of it. I am writing this to please help me in getting the claim amount at the earliest.
