Bajaj Finance Services - Insurance Claim

I have purchased a Vivo mobile through Bajaj Finance services in installment basis. The company compel me to make insurance by paying **** towards insurance for one year under damage or loss. Before one year my mobile was damaged. when i complain the company people tell me to repair the mobile and submit the bill for insurance refund of ****. but before repair due to corona Bhubaneswar shut down and i was unable to repair but after opening of vivo care i repaired the mobile and submitted the bill. But the documents was sent to insurance section in late due to corona. After some days, company tell me to send IMEI number as the final document. I send it but after * days, they told me your document was late. so they cancelled the claim. Due to corona all things are late and the people are loosing job or business. At this moment i have lost my insurance claim. please be kind enough and consider my case for which i will be obliged.
