ICICI Lombard Insurance company - Insurance Claim Rejected without reason

Hi, I’m Sumalya Barman, a Fashion and Graphic Designer. I wanted to shift from Hyderabad to Tamluk, WB, ******, thus I contacted Ekta Packers and Logistics. They came to my Hyderabad House on **th May’** and took away my belongings and handed me an Invoice and Products List and on *st June’**, he sent me the Insurance Copy from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company which I took for my belonging’s safety for a price of **** INR (*% of **,***Rs, where **,***Rs is the total valuation of my belongings). Later on *th June’**, my belongings were delivered at the said address of West Bengal, Tamluk, ****** with so many products damaged. I have clicked pictures of the delivery guy with the damaged product also as proof.
So, I contacted the ICICI Lombard team to claim for the same and after proper verification and Video calling through WhatsApp, they rejected my claim saying some unsaid issues which I didn’t understand. My main concern was for my belongings and I took insurance for them, so that Incase of any damages, I can get the value. But, the company is such a fraud and has kept me waiting for more than a month now without any type of contact. I have tried calling them and mailing them, But I didn’t get any reply except once. That time also the customer care executive told me that within **Hrs my issue will be checked, but nothing happened.
So, I’m writing this to sue the fraud ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company for not meeting my expectations and also for providing the false and wrong types of Insurance and torturing me, and kept me waiting for no reason at all.
