Bajaj Finance Limited - insurance claim not processed.

i had purchased a sony xperia xz`s cell phone in the month of august **** form sony centre nagpur ravinagar branch,for this purchase i used my bajaj finance emi card to repay * emi`s. while purchasing the cell phone i asked the bajaj finance employee to fill the document regarding insurance cover of my cell phone which he forgot to process or willingly did not processed.few days back i met with an accident and in that my cell phone got damaged as its screen is completely broken.as the result of this i approached the same employee of bajaj finance he told me that my cell is not covered in any insurance and i have to pay approx Rs. ***** for replacement of the cell phone as it is less than one year from purchase date on the day of accident.due to the error of that bajaj finance employee i am suffering through mental stress and this guy is not even sorry for the error which he did by himself.moreover he instead of helping me told me to pay the amount of Rs. ***** which i am not willing to do because i have asked him to register my purchase order for insurance.mangesh mangalkar is the name of that employee of bajaj finance.
