I had been working with Axis Bank for the period **-**-**** to **-**-**** and my mother has been covered under bank's Group Mediclaim Policy till **th September,**** even though I was relieved from the services of the bank. My mother had undergone knee replacement surgery recently and as per the base policy the company had settled the amount of Rs.*.** Lakhs out of total bill amount of Rs. ******. I have also taken a top up policy for my mother to cover the excess amount. But the company is not ready to meet the excess amount even though the same is clearly mentioned in the policy features. Please refer to the attached communication with the company and policy details and do the needful to file a notice.
