Dear sir/mam october *th **** my bike has accident. After accident next day i went to bike agency and leave the bike for repairing and also apply for insurance claim from icici lombard general insurance. After one week my bike is ready and bill is send to the above said insurance company. The bill amount is ***** rupees for all parts. The insurance company include their assesment sheet only some parts of the bike and some parts are not includes but these parts are under the insurance. I want all parts claims
And want to the reason why they cannot include these parts in claim.
