relaince nippon life insurance - insurance cancellation not accepting

sir/ madam
this is tamilselvan, from paramathivelur ,namakkal,tamilnadu, the reliance nippon life insurance company person called me last few months ago , that person told we arrage loan for u take one policy on reliance nippon life insurance, u make ***** dd to reliance nippon life insurance , make dd to him after making policy they not given loan, i told that u cancel my policy and refund my amount , the reliance office person swicth offf the moblie i given complain directly to reliance nippon life insurance office t.nagar ,chennai but they still not cancel my policy and not refund my amount , i visit head office mumbai they are also not given proper answer
so kindly help me to cancel my policy and get that amount imediately because i dont have job
