I have insured my handset through your syska gadget secure in the year **** October my handset when total loss and company has approved it and promised me to see it into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible I have more than hundred times call you and email you also but no action has been taken last my email reply **-**-**** in which you promised me to do the needful but since * months no action has been taken altogether almost * years have been passed but nothing has been done please do the needful. They reply on email that we aplologize and we are processing your request but nothing has been done yet, I have co-operated and waited for * years now. I am a senior citizen, I cant physically travel to district or any other courts so I opted your site to lodge my complaint, please do the needful.
