Goodwill Collection Thrissur - Insulting me , gave me wrong product and didn't change the product

Hi ,
I am Nahida Mohamed . I am one of the regular customer of goodwill . My brother engagement I bought around ***** rs purchase from goodwill collection Thrissur . In that I bought one of powder finishing matte finish Lakme absolute and one serum name absolute repair serum. First time I bought that serum and compact . After reaching the home engagement day I opened the box of the expiry date is ** **** nd manufacturing date is ** ** .. almost one year lost date ... Accidentally my finger just normal touch to that compact . I didn't use that compact . And the serum I didn't apply into my hair . I searched about that serum into site and I found that is not good for my hair . I didn't use it . Today ** th I went to goodwill shop and asked them to exchange these two products . They didn't allow me to exchange . I kindly requested them pls excuse me and exchange this serum only . They didn't allow me and insulted me . Before I purchased the serum I asked one of their staff about serum she has no knowledge about the serum and she gave me wrong description about the product . I asked several times about the product . The staff has no little knowledge about about the product . So unfortunately I bought because of her wrong I discriptuon and approach . After that I went to Home and search about the product in site . I realised her knowledge about the product is wrong . Like goodwill collection store why this type of knowledge free staff is appointed ? It's really affect customer . Today I beg them to change the product . But they insulted me . Then I told them I will complaint against you . They didn't give me back my bill too . They again argue with me * pump is need to flow serum from that bottle . Actually I know more than them about the product . Sometimes they asked me about the product and their discriptuon . Years back they changed my used product in **** I think so . Now staffs changed . One of the maxfactor staff shameera only approach loyal to me . Today most Maybelline staff insulted me . I don't know her name . But I can realise her again . Kindly do the needful to solve my problem . I need to exchange it asap . After delivery I got some big issue like postpartum cardio mayopathi and I was in ventilator past . I was under the treatment of Roopesh doc in Amala hospital . I can't now take even pressure and this type of insulting and mental torturing from goodwill staff . I did card purchase. They bill they didn't give me back . I have only the bank details proof . I need to change the product . Kindly do the needful .
