I made a purchase of apparels with InstyleHere.com through their Facebook advertisement on **st July, ****. I only received the confirmation of payment through sms which also said I will be getting the tracking details on my email address. * days had gone by and I had not received any tracking details, so I sent them an email asking for the status of the goods I had bought. To which I received no response till date. On **th July, **** the company's Facebook page and website was not active. Hence as per the payment aggregators guidelines I sent them another email asking for a refund. To which again there has been no response till date. I have raised a dispute with the payment aggregator and filing this complaint. I'm angered by their fraudulent acts, it's not about the money but it's about doing the right thing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
