Godrej Applicance - Installation req not done correctly

I did my Ac installation through Godrej in month of July.It was a very bad experience .They took many days to finish installation but at end of it they did not do it correctly.From first day itself water started falling inside the room from the indoor unit.They made assessment they faulted in ding proper installation because of which the pipe election was incorrect which made water drip inside. They gave a stop gap solution and told me to call again when the water problem comes again since * month the water dripping has become worse for which I have to keep a container and empty it daily . The godrej local head(Banoj samal***********) and the technician(Anil umar Sonu-**********) are not lifting my phone. This needs urgent fix Attaching the whats app message with technician on agreement to fix it.I have lost my confidence on Godrej.
