Name of the distributor- Unisyn Enterprises, Contact number- ***********, e-mail id-tscustomerservice@qaspl.com. Customer id/ connection number not provided by the company. Amount paid- Rs ****/- through online on *-*-****. Payment grievance details as per the consumer on *-*-****, one agent of tata sky named Naresh (contact number-- ********** ) was visited their house for campaigning for tata sky. The consumer after verified his identity card paid amount of Rs ****/- through online on *-*-****, for installing the new connection. The person gave a receipt of the payment and on the receipt name of the following agency has mentioned Unisyn Enterprises. As per his promise on **-*-**** the new connection will be installed to the consumer. But the consumer tried to call the person or the agency but they did not respond to his calls and mail. The consumer wants to get the refund amount from the company side as soon as possible.
