Independent Tv Reliance - Installation not done

In March **** I had applied for two connection. After the regular advertisement in the newspaper, I had paid the amount through my credit card. I had received mail and they ask for * week time for installation and after * weeks I called them they said it will take time. After some time I called, they said that we are not finding your details. Please advise your registered number. I said this is my registration number. They said give us the time we will check the booking and then nobody contacted. After some time I came to know they changed the name to Independent Tv and all reliance big tv mail are getting bounced. Now I am in communication with them on emails where they said we are unable to provide you connection we will refund your money. But after taking my account details they had not refunded my money. This is a fraud taking the amount from millions for more than a year and then not willing to refund. I had decided to go and take compensation for harassment. Reliance Big TV is a big company but how it does cheating and taking hard earned money of common man. I will soon take this to the media.
