I booked for reliance big tv dth by advance booking of *** Rs. on * march(booking id ********)
They promised to install in ** to ** days.
After ** days they said that installation will be done in next month, after that they said installation will be start from ** June, then they again promised to provide installation till ** july ****.
But still there is no response.
Even the customer care not respond on call or mail.
It's a big fraud going on by collecting *** Rs from caror of customers.
I expect that a serious action should be taken to this type of scam.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
