Realme 32 inch LED smart tv - Installation not being done by flipkart and jeeves

I purchased a realme ** inch LED tv from flipkart and they delivered it on **th April ** and scheduled an installation on ** April **. But no cal/msg/updatation received by me either from flipkart or from installation person of Jeeves company. Then I had to cal to flipkart on ** April then they told that it wil done on ** April but again no info was communicated by them upto ** April then again I have to cal them and now they teling that they wil inform me upto **th April that why it's getting late.. it is noted that they told me that upto ** April they can only inform me about the reason why it's getting delay..but even they can't tel me when will it install in my home. And if I ask to instal selfmode..then they told if I do self instalation then warantee will be voided. Now I stuck in cals history only..and no one is interested to inform me about instalation of tv.
