I have purchased Hathway Broadband new connection on **.**.****. At that time Sales Rep assured me that installation will be done within two days despite prevailing pandemic issues. It has been ** days from purchase but installation not done. Respective people never attending my phone calls and not answering to whatsapp messages. They would have explained the possible delays at time of inquiry but gave false committments. Certain staff behaviour is really annoying me. Very worst customer service interns of installation. Kindly get clear details before go to Hathway Service Provider. It is too pathetic.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
