I had an installation of air conditioner on Jan **st **** where the product was delivered by flipkart on **th Jan ****. However the installation team was very ridiculous and product demo was not given. After * days, the outdoor unit stopped functioning. We tried contacting the installation team to check for which they charged extra *** rupees just for checking the issue.
I have been taking followup with them to repair further which is delayed everyday and my Flipkart window for return is also closed. As it's third party installation,haier team didn't not accept to proceed with further service and exchange of product. I have the call recordings made with Haier team and jeevas installation team along with transactions made. Technicians are cheating with the name of service and disappear. I have lost my time and money on product which is not functioning.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
