Airtel Xtream Fibe Broad Band Connection - Installation cancelled but no refund
SRIRAMA RAMACHANDRA filed complaint against Airtel Xtream Fibe Broad Band Connection on May 17, 2023
I called Mohan from Airtel stream for broad band connection, He told to pay Rs.**** advance on **.**.**** i paid. On *.**.**** installation team visited our site and said since distance from fiber box to my house more they can't install. I called back Mohan he said he will call me back (which he never does) . Till date i have not got broad band connection nor my advance amount. Airtel Xtream Fibe Broad Band people are cheaters. I want this problem to be solved.
