Miraki Closet - Instagram shopping scam

I placed an order with Miraki Closet for two indian suits. The profile responded duly to all the messages before the order was placed, however the account stopped replying post placing the order and payment made. I firstly continuously texted them to share the shipping details so that I can track my order, however when the account did not respond, I started getting anxious. I emailed the team asking to respond on instagram and after **-** days the team responded that the order was misplaced. After continuous nagging to refund the order amount, the only communication i got was that the refund has been processed but neither the order was received nor the refund amount is received by me. The account is still not responding.
